I've pushed one more commit adding gbp.conf.

Questions/remarks:
- why not libluasandbox0? (or 1.0?)
- can we merge the -bin package in libluasandbox? It's very small
(multi-arch problem?)
- Upstream binary package name is different.

you can go ahead and upload luasandbox to NEW.
