Good catch. Changed to libluasandbox0.

Multi-Arch: same is the reason why I can't merge the binary into
libluasandbox0. It could go into the -dev however... but I'm not
sure that it would make much sense. But since I don't know what
is the purpose of the binary I opted for a separate package.

I did not check at all the upstream packages... do we want to add
Conflicts to the upstream names?
