Ok good, but on the next upstream release this will be necessary if the
file is filtered out by the Files-Excluded field in debian/copyright.
We'll probably forget it if we don't do this now.

I don't think it's worth bothering upstream with this issue, this is
very Debian specific. They probably don't want to add a bigger
javascript file in their jar.
