Yes, that's probably the problem. But I need your help in finding out if
that's really the problem. Could you please answer the questions about
the symlinks in my previous mail? Otherwsie I'm unable to fix this

That's a very bad idea since there might be conflicting JARs (e.g.
different versions of the same package with a different API) in there.
