tomcat4 not in testing any longer

Hi!

According to

tomcat4 has been removed from testing. This is probably because of #300209.

Can someone with more time than me please look at this bug report? It 
might be a problem with the JRE that the submitter used or in one of the 
libraries that tomcat4 depends on. IMHO it would be a real shame if 
sarge is released without tomcat4. Thanks!
