rhino can go to main

Hi all,

I just tried compilation with jikes/kaffe for the rhino package.
It worked and the NervousText example applet generated from javascript 
code worked in my browser.

Does anybody already work on it ? Otherwise I will work on it
this weekend and also write a simple manpage solving the outstanding
bug.

PS: Arnaud - you wrote on the MovingJavaToMain wiki page that you
changed the build system of bcel to use cdbs - but in the cvs its not
cdbs based. So I couldn't easily test it. Any objection why not to
commit it to cvs ?
