rhino can go to main

Hi all,

this is just to inform you, so no one else starts working on rhino.

I finished the work on rhino. It can go to main now. It is currently
build without javadoc - I will wait with a commit of the debian tree
to pkg-java cvs until the kaffe/gjdoc problem is solved in unstable
and I can reactivate javadoc generation.

It also provides now a start script for the javascript compiler as
well as manpages for the compiler and the shell.
