Paul,
Thanks for your use of Debian and java-package. This sounds
reasonable; even though java-package assumes a user should know that
they would need to be able to write to the folder where the .deb will be
copied, it would be more user-friendly if it were to check this. I will
work on incorporating this into the next version of java-package.
