Bug#402340: eclipse: suggest xulrunner?

Followup-For: Bug #402340

Installing the xulrunner package is enough to stop getting this message,
and to enable Eclipse's 'internal web browser'. Would it be possible
to simply add xulrunner to eclipse package's recommends or suggests, or
to add a word about that somewhere in /usr/share/doc/eclipse?
