Package: libtcnative-1
Version: 1.1.16
Severity: important
When starting tomcat with libtcnative-1 installed it comes up with an exception:
java.lang.Exception: Socket bind failed: [22] Invalid argument
If you have ipv6 enabled. I would turn ipv6 off to workaround the problem however I'm using it for other services and this bug is fixed in the upstream version 1.1.16. I was able to apply the diff for 1.1.13 to the sources from apache's website without modification and it seems to have worked.
