Bug#517163: tomcat5.5 and tomcat6 don't start with libtcnative-1 installed and ipv6 enabled

The issue was marked as fixed here:

There is a patch for tcnative, which I would presume is in 1.1.16. and a
patch for Tomcat itself. I don't know if the version of Tomcat in Debian
is late enough to include this patch.
