The issue was marked as fixed here:
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=43327
There is a patch for tcnative, which I would presume is in 1.1.16. and a
patch for Tomcat itself. I don't know if the version of Tomcat in Debian
is late enough to include this patch.
