I have uploaded maven-doxia-tools and maven-site-plugin again with the
requested change.

Must not every ASF contributor sign either an Individual or Corporate
Contributor License Agreement? That means we have to change ALL apache
packages? Do we have a package with a 'perfect' copyright file as an
example? The http server does not have a copyright statement at all...

s/GNU Public License version 2/Contributor License Agreement/
