The C runtime won't enter Debian until the next ANTLR v3 release and
the upload of that version of ANTLR to Debian. It's unclear when this
will happen, though, as:
- the Debian-java maintainer behind ANTLR is MIA;
- ANTLR upstream switched to Maven for its build system, which is a
real PITA for distributions like us;
- the ANTLR upstream tarball for 3.1.3 is missing files, like the
Maven ANTLR plugin and the master POM.
Updating ANTLR in Debian is a major task and nobody has committed to
doing it yet; ANTLR 3.0.x is so buggy that it's worthless.
