Bug#558291: classpath: Unsatisfiable Build-Depends on hppa and eventually on other archs

The classpath source package has a versioned Build-Depends on gjdoc, but also 
Build-Depends on gcj which on hppa Depends on gcj-jdk, which Provides and 
Conflicts with gjdoc.  This is because hppa has moved to gcj-4.4 as the 
default; once other architectures use that as the default, the problem will 
appear on all architectures.
