Bug#558298: cup: Don't Build-Depend on yourself

Since cup Build-Depends on itself in a non-trivial way, that makes it hard to 
bootstrap the package.  If I understand correctly, the reason for that is that 
cup uses a cup-generated parser itself.  Would it be possible to include a 
pre-generated version of that parser to build with, and then possibly use the 
generated cup.jar to rebuild that source file and rebuild the jar?
