Hi,

You are most likely suffering from #587657; the easiest way to solve
this is to run "rm -fr ~/.eclipse", open eclipse and then re-install the
plugins again.
  Alternatively, you can manually correct the "bundles.info" file in
~/.eclipse, which should also work.

I know neither of these are very nice solutions, but unfortunately it is
caused by upstream having very poor support for this kind of setups.  If
you are interested in the exact details, please refer to [1].
