It looks like this project is now maintained at
https://github.com/takari/polyglot-maven.

Unfortunately, it looks like we need to introduce an epoch in
versioning because in the archive we have 0.8~tobrien+git20120905-3
but upstream is 0.1.10 nowadays.

This is needed to package jruby 9.0.0.0.
