ah! I had looked at this list of reasons for non-migration, but I
couldn't understand that there was anything wrong from that text (e.g.
it's just stating that it wasn't built by buildd but it's not mentioning
that this is the reason for the auto migration not happening, one has to
know this extra information to understand the implications).
