Bug#1109882: libspring: update libspring to a currently supported version

Hi Karsten,

libspring-java has just been updated to 5.1.20 in unstable, further 
progress is blocked by Gradle and Kotlin.

If you care about Spring please join the Java Team and help us, that 
would be more constructive than judging us as negligent.
