Got it. Well, for instance, Emilien wouldn't have to wait until I'm
free (by e.g., the following two hours is my free time since two weeks
ago for opensource work) to get his package uploaded. Gets forgotten
in the lots of emails to the list.

If we would like more people collaborating actively in the group we
should use this kind of tools that make them easier to collaborate.
Me, for example, with my little free time can upload 4 or 6 updated
packages in 2 hours without the need to go check my email for requests.
Maintainers don't need to write and in most of cases write a not
pragmatically but protocol needed justification to request a new
package getting uploaded.

Plus, it seems to me that increases transparency and everyone can know
about the group's packages status without checking, the not very
friendly QA page for pkg-js-dev at l.a.d.o
