I don't know exactly, but it failed 3 times for different packages with
the same error (while it never saw that in unstable). Checking the
installed packages for a failed and passed node-tape run (in the
artifacts tar) I noticed that while debci advertises it ran with
node-sha.js version 2.4.11-1, it actually ran with 2.4.9-1 (known bug).
