it is required for yarnpkg so it could be embedded there.

But according to sloccount it's 268 LOC.
And it has 60 dependents and 1,4 M downloads/wk as reported here:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/v8-compile-cache?activeTab=dependents

Are we sure we want to embed it ?
