I am able to build bluebird with this patched version of acorn (in
stretch-backports branch).

I think we should use this patch in master too to break circular build
dependency and the above rc bug.

Ashutosh is trying to make rollup build with node-rollup-plugin-commonjs
9 currently in the archive, failing that, we can go ahead with a
pre-built version.
