I just uploaded node-bluebird and acorn to stretch-backports. As
mentioned earlier, acorn source was converted to CJS modules with a
patch from Ashutosh instead of using rollup to convert them.

rollup conversion to cjs is also in progress, most of the work is
completed by Ashutosh and it needs fixing some issues that popped up
when building other packages (rollup command itself works).
