These have been fixed now and uploaded or patch pushed to salsa/sent to BTS.

Since yadd is planning to upload pkg-js-tools >= 0.8.6 on Monday. I will upload webpack 4 soon after it hits the archive. In the meantime more testing of the rebuilt packages welcome.
