Hi Jeremy,
It actually does not. What I forgot to mention is also this info. that
I see on tracker.debian.org/nodejs  .

  excuses:

    Migration status for nodejs (10.15.2~dfsg-2 to 10.16.3~dfsg-1):
BLOCKED: Maybe temporary, maybe blocked but Britney is missing
information (check below)
    Issues preventing migration:
    missing build on mips64el
    missing build on mipsel
    Additional info:
    Piuparts tested OK - https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/n/nodejs.html
    Should wait for tests relating to nodejs 10.16.3~dfsg-1, but
forced by elbrus
    autopkgtest for node-unicode-data: amd64: Test in progress
    37 days old (needed 5 days)
    Not considered

Now do we need for auto-icu migration to happen and complete which we
don't know will start when, as libicu65 is in experimental atm :(
