Since all packages that Build-Depend: libnode-dev are concerned,
maybe the solution is to declare:

libnode-dev
Depends: nodejs (= ${binary:Version})

- downside: packages depending on libv8-dev will install nodejs (this
shouldn't be a problem).
- a multi-arch issue ?
