[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#963039: Bug#963039: Bug#963039: node-iconv: versions of nodejs dependencies not properly documented

I think this will solve build/autopkgtest issue but not the real problem. You should instead add a:

  Breaks: nodejs (<< ${source:Version}~)

In both libnode-dev and libnodeXX
