[Pkg-javascript-devel] nodejs-12 transition

Hi,

This package is not required by any other package (I introduced it for a package that will not be integrated in Bullseye).
Proposition : fill a RC bug "not compatible with Node.JS 12" and ask d'or testing-only-removal

Then we will wait for upstream update (bug already opened)
