[Pkg-julia-devel] julia build dependency on sphinx?

I am trying to build the julia deb for some current distros. Things
seems OK for quantal, however on ubuntu precise (12.04) the build
fails with:

sphinx-build -b latex -d _build/doctrees   . _build/latex
make[2]: sphinx-build: Command not found
make[2]: *** [latexpdf] Error 127

Perhaps add a build-depends on the sphinx-common package?
