Hmm that is strange though, it only happens on x64. Any guess to which
package I should backport to get this support on the build machine?
The build for precise on 386 also failed, but with a different
problem:

Any guess to what causes this problem? I'd really like to get this
working if possible. Precise is still the most popular ubuntu version
(i am using it myself as well) and probably will be until April 2014.
