[Pkg-julia-devel] No Julia 0.4 in Debian due to LLVM 3.3 dependency?

Hi all,

As mentioned before, Julia 0.4.1-1 failed to build on i386, and I see
grave performance regressions when building in a local unstable chroot.

I made a series of builds with various LLVM versions, and the result
does not look good. Please refer to the upstream bug report [1].
