Will this work for the tests that signal (11): Segmentation fault?

On the subject of tests, julia 0.3.12-2 will not migrate in Ubuntu 
Xenial [1] because of a MemoryError().

Julia 0.3.12-1 had managaed to pass the autopkgtest once.

I thought it may have had to do with running the tests on CPU_CORES, so 
I reverted that change while rebuilding for the suitesparse transition, 
but that did not seem to help.
