I think those facts themselves should not warrant a removal of a package
with no outstanding bug and popcon trending upwards.

I found factcheck very useful for generating tests for shared libraries.

I don't use the package myself thus I'm OK with that, but I would also
be OK with updating it to a newer upstream version.
