Can you explain why the package is being installed at all?

We are currently not maintaining any Julia packages in Debian,
expecting users to install packages via Julia’s package manager.

I wonder why anyone would install the outdated julia-factcheck rather
than use Pkg.add(), given that there are no reverse dependencies.

Graham, what are your thoughts on maintaining Julia packages in Debian?
