Hey, this is why I wrote 
  $ svn -m 'Console keymap tool, by Anton Zinoviev' import \
      svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/zinoviev/ckbcomp
in a previous mail ;)
Normally this command should work, but I am not an SVN guru.

You can add your public key on your Alioth shell account, you have then
to type your passphrase only once when using ssh-add.
