I just imported current kbd sources:
  * Upstream kbd 1.12
   ssh+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/barbier/kbd/upstream/kbd-1.12
  * Current development version (which is the 1.12-13 Debian package)
   svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/barbier/kbd/trunk
I tried to tag this version by running
  $ svn copy svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/barbier/kbd/trunk \
         svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/barbier/kbd/tags/1.12-13
but got an error:
  svn: Out of date: '/people/barbier/kbd/tags' in transaction '9-1'
  svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:
  svn:    'svn-commit.tmp'
Can someone tell me what is wrong?

I do not know how kbd sources will be managed, so I prefer to keep them
under /people/barbier/kbd for now, but anyone is free to commit fixes.
