It would be nice to be able to specify a more complex expression for the XKBOPTIONS variable. If I edit /etc/default/console-setup my changes get reset (I'm not sure if this happened during upgrade or if I ran dpkg-reconfigure).

I use a few options that are not offered by c-s during setup, e.g. exchanging the left control key with the caps-lock key.
