[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#421263: console-setup: us keymaps should not use AltGr by default

https://launchpad.net/bugs/76901 reports confusion among US keymap users
at having their right Alt key "not work properly" (i.e. be treated as
AltGr). US keyboards have simply "Alt" engraved in this position rather
than "AltGr", so they shouldn't be given an AltGr by default. Patch
attached.
