chvt without an argument could also do something (other than printing
usage), like toggle back to the last window, or cycle to the next window
or something... (even though one can do ALT ...ARROW to get the same
results, if one's arrows indeed work.)

And maybe there could be explicit flags -n --next, -p --previous, -t
--toggle...

Or like "cd -", or cyclebuffer.el of emacs, screen(1) shortcuts, etc...
