Thanks for this..

I have started getting digikam 0.8.2 ready in svn, and moved 0.9.2 to 
branches/ experimental under svn.

But won't release the epoc'ed 0.8.2 to unstable for etch until we can at least 
get a concensus on pkg-kde-extras.

I do see one negative in reverting to 0.8.2 as the digikam .db file might of 
changed format and not be backwards compatible. However, I think that is 
acceptable the important factor is that upgrades from stable to etch are 
smooth, rather than unstable/ testing archives remaining totally stable.  

After all people using unstable/ testing are already accepting a level of 
risk.

I would also like to get 0.9.rc-2 into experimental as soon as possible, so 
those who would like to stick with 0.9.2 have somewhere to go.
