[Pkg-kde-extras] RFS: krecipes (updated package)

As promised I have prepared an updated package for krecipes.

It builds these binary packages:
krecipes   - recipes manager for KDE
krecipes-data - recipes manager for KDE - data files
krecipes-doc - recipes manager for KDE - documentation

The upload would fix these bugs: 473367, 478030, 513860

The package can be found on mentors.debian.net:

There are still four lintian warnings left:

Those issues are not new and would take some time to fix.  I would
rather upload this version now and fix the issues afterwards to get
those bugs fixed in the archive.

Unfortunately, upstream seems to have been dead for a while.  The
beta1 has been released over two years ago.  But, there are new
messages in their forum claiming there is a new release for KDE3
pending and a KDE4 version is being worked on.
