[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#583521: Bug#583521: guidance-power-manager: broken package

Upgrading python-kde4 indeed fixes the problem. Shouldn't
guidance-power-manager depend on a newer version then? Currently, no
version is specified.

This is the third attempt at posting this reply. Previous attempts
seem to have been swallowed by a spamfilter or something.
