[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#586991: Result "export to file" only exports partial data

I'm using tora to connect to a postgres db.

Use the SQL editor and enter a big query. Right-click on the results panel,
click "export to file", and in "Rows" select "All (Full fetch)".

The exported files only contains the items already displayed in the results
panel (which is a partial fetch by default).
