what do those commands output for you ?

$ LANG=C apt-cache policy kdebluetooth
$ LANG=C apt-cache policy kbluetooth
$ LANG=C aptitude -texperimental show kdebluetooth
$ LANG=C aptitude -texperimental show kbluetooth
