[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#904260: [tellico] field "production year" allows no manual entry of persian digits while import through CSV works

Tellico does, by default, expect many of the "year" fields to be integers.
The easiest solution/workaround is to open the Fields Editor and edit the
year field to "Allow multiple values". Doing so removes the constraint .
