[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#874928: Bug#874928: [kalternatives] Future Qt4 removal from Buster

Hi Pico,

It's been 2 years and it seems that the porting progress got stuck since Oct.
2017 when looking at cgit.kde.org. I'm wondering if there will be any release
of Qt5 version in the Bullseye cycle.
