[Pkg-kde-extras] appmenu-qt package drop pending

Dear Ayatana Packagers,

In the QT/KDE Team we're in the process of dropping qt4 and packages
without a living upstream.  Today I learned a appmenu-qt package drop
is pending, and discovered that this package's adoption by the Ayatana
team was never completed.

At any rate, Dmitry Shachnev mentioned that similar (maybe identical?)
functionality is built into Qt ≥ 5.7.

'just wanted to send a courtesy email in case something in Ayatana
specifically depends on appmenu-qt rather than the d-bus interface, in
case this transition will require action on your side.
