[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#971879: gthumb: "charset=Ascii" appears before the comment of the image

As a summary, libexiv2-27 changed its API and ABI. So gthumb needs to
take this new API into account when getting the comment from libexiv2
(gthumb 3:3.8.3-0.1, which is the current version, is still affected).

(I've cloned the bug, which I initially reported against gthumb,
to keep the history.)
