[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#980869: labplot: Plot can be created but not loaded after restart

If you create a labplot project and add a plot to it (I specifically
added a linear regression plot) then you can work with the plot and so
forth immediately.  But, if you save the project and exit, the plot is
not restored on re-load.  Instead, this error message is given:

"The following problems occurred when loading the project file:\nline 7, column 21: unknown workbook element 'comment'\nline 59, column 97: unknown workbook element 'worksheet'\n"

Here's what appears in the terminal when I run labplot2 (of course
most of the user interaction happens in the application window):

$ labplot2 example-labplot.lml
